The most commonly used wash and incubation buffer for Western blotting in a convenient 10X concentrate. Ultra pure reagents and stringent quality control ensures the best results from your experiments. When diluted to 1X, National Diagnostics’ TBS yields a buffer containing 25mM tris, 137mM sodium chloride and 2.7mM potassium chloride.
